Client Highlight - Anthony
Anthony is a busy guy - he works full time as a research scientist. He had been training on his own for a while and had made good progress, but had plateaued in the gym and was struggling to build muscle and strength, so he reached out to me to help him.

Describe the situation you were in with your training prior to working with Strength Coach Claire
Prior to coaching I was training twice a week max. I was unmotivated and hadn’t made any progress in the last year in terms of lifting heavier weights
Why did you decide to seek a coach? And what made you decide on Strength Coach Claire?
I wanted help with knowing how to progress and start lifting heavier, as well as motivation to get back consistency with going to the gym. When speaking to her about training she seemed very passionate, and I got along with her so I knew I would like her as a coach too
Where are you now in relation to where you started?
Feeling a LOT stronger now! And it’s evident when I train - I’m able to lift heavier than I used to before and I’ve been showed various exercises and correct positioning that I never knew. I also now feel more comfortable lifting heavier as I was always nervous to try in case I injured myself. I have more motivation to go consistently each week to make sure I keep hitting my targets which just makes me feel more refreshed when going to the gym rather than going week in week out not achieving anything new
How did the coaching you received help you get from where you started to where you are now?
Claire helped show me correct form for many exercises which made my performance much better, she explained to me RPEs and showed me how I should be progressively overloading, and explained all movements thoroughly and provided videos to help remind me how to perform those exercises when doing them on my own
Would you recommend Claire to a friend or family member?
I would definitely recommend to any friends that are looking to get stronger! She is a great trainer and a very likeable person so very easy to get along with making training really enjoyable.
