What Is It?
Over the years I noticed all kinds of different clients coming to me for the same reason - they were training hard, multiple days per week, and were exhausted and sore after their training sessions

And they still weren't seeing the strength and technique gains they were chasing
​
They felt they were doing all the things they were supposed to, like stretching every day, staying behind after class to work on technique, extra sets on squats and deadlifts, but nothing was happening
​
And the training they once absolutely loved was beginning to feel like a chore
​
With my expertise as a former powerlifter and olympic weightlifter - I have been able to use my skills and experience in all things strength to help clients like these overcome their strength plateaus
​
And StrengthRX is the combined result of the programming techniques and strategies I have used to help my clients fall back in love with their training, ditch the junk volume, and add kilos to their barbell lifts

I am Strength Coach Claire - The coach behind StrengthRX
I built this program with the intention of leading you through a 6 - month periodised strength program that is going to provide you with a framework and way of training to ensure you consistently make strength gains (even small ones), avoid overtraining and prioritise what works for as long as you want to lift
​
For as long as you're on the program, as well as receiving your training sessions and customisable programming, I will be providing an education to you about the principles of strength training, and ongoing support and coaching to keep you accountable and on track
How Does It Work?

It works because it is designed specifically to build strength and uses methods and frameworks that are proven to do so. It is not just constantly varied WODs. StrengthRX follows a 6-month periodised strength program.
We begin with a 2-month hypertrophy block where we build the muscle and work capacity you need to form the base of that strength pyramid.
We follow this with a 2-month strength accumulation block - this is where the strength is built. We begin to ramp up the intensity and really focus in on the big compound lifts that will give you the most bang for your buck.
We finish with a 2-month peak and taper - where we peel back the layers so that you can express the strength you have been building in the first 4 months


It works because it does not contain unnecessary work that only exists for the sake of generating general fatigue

The movements, rep ranges, and frequency are all chosen to have a specific effect and any fatigue you accumulate serves the purpose of making you STRONGER, not just burning calories or getting a pump
​
We do away with the junk volume, and focus specifically on those things that will give you the strength gains you are looking for


It works because you are supported throughout the process by a knowledgable and passionate coach who cares about you and who cares about getting stronger.

You are not given the program and then left to get on with it alone. We carry out check-ins weekly to ensure you are staying on track, and we provide regular opportunities to have your technique reviewed to make sure you are staying out of bad habits.
​
We provide all the key metrics for you, such as what movements to do, how many sets, reps, how heavy should you go, how much rest you should take, and more.
​
The means you can trust that your training is taken care of and 'stay stupid'. All you need to do is show up and follow the plan and the gains will take care of themselves


It works because you don't do it alone. StrengthRX is a cohort program, meaning there are training partners going through the process with you.

We provide an online community group where you can share stories, wins and successes, struggles, and ask questions when you're stuck.
​
At all points along the journey you will have like-minded training partners with similar goals and experiences to hold you accountable and provide support.

We regularly provide educational content about the principles of strength training, programming, and proper technique. We help you to understand the WHY behind your programming so you are able to train independently and are empowered to do so, instead of always depending on a coach, class, or training partner.
