Cancellation Policy

• The client may reschedule a booked session at any time by sending an email or Telegram message to the coach, or via the booking link in their booking email, and they must give at least 48 hours notice from the start of the booked session • If the notice period is met, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session - the session should be rescheduled within a four-week window, two weeks either side of the original session • If less than 48 hour notice is given, OR the session cannot be rescheduled within the four-week window, the session is considered lost • If the client wishes to cancel their monthly membership, the coach must be informed by email no less than two weeks before the client intends to cancel the membership
